FlexiSolutions accords the utmost importance to the safeguarding of privacy and the confidentiality of information entrusted to us. Our fundamental responsibility is to provide adequate protection and judicious utilization of personal data amassed via our online service.

Personal data refers to information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject”). FlexiSolutions processes personal data for various purposes; depending on the purpose, different methods of collection, different legal bases for processing, utilization, disclosure, and retention periods may apply. The personal data we collect consists of information voluntarily provided by individuals visiting our websites for the purpose of acquainting themselves with the information contained therein, or, upon explicit request from the user, for the transmission of marketing information.       7. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems and by saving cookies on end devices (so-called “cookies”).

      2. The places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
      3. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works in one direction – it is impossible to reverse its operation, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
      4. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
      5. In order to protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
      6. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

      10. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following target groups:

      – persons authorized by us, employees and collaborators who must have access to personal data in order to perform their duties,

      – hosting company,

      – companies with which the Administrator cooperates in the field of own marketing.

The website may collect and process your data on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation):

      – art. 6 section 1 letter a – the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;

      – art. 6 section 1 letter b – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract;

      – art. 6 section 1 letter c – processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the administrator;

      – art. 6 section 1 letter f – processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or a third party.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, but the right to object will not be possible if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, interests, rights and freedoms that override you, in particular the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.
      2. You may lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
      3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website and provide services electronically.
      4. Activities involving automated decision-making may be undertaken in relation to you, including profiling, in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
      5. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
